Medical University of Bahrain Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI Bahrain) is a constituent university of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. The role of the University is to provide healthcare education and training to world standards in Bahrain, drawing students from Bahrain, the other GCC countries and beyond. Graduates of the medical course will be awarded the licentiates of the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland and the degrees of MB BCh BAO. The standards set down by the World Federation for Medical Education apply.

Bachelor of Science (BSc.) Bridging Nursing program will be delivered part-time over 3 semesters 1 ½ years for 3 year Diploma applicants and the Access and Bridging Nursing program over 4 semesters 2 years for 2 year Diploma applicants.
